The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's call to Queen's Hospital Burton came after the miserable going of Mr. Amged El-Hawrani, with the royals offering their condolences to all staff. During the call with staff, The Duke of Cambridge stated: "We'd quite recently prefer to state from both of us how pleased we are of every one of you and how incredibly you are on the whole getting along under outrageous conditions. I know every one of you considers this to be your activity and that you continue ahead with it, yet this is an alternate level and you are making an inconceivable showing.
"The entire country is
happy with you, and thank you for all that you do and all the hours you spend
here."
Staff at University
Hospital Monklands was likewise left astounded by the startling imperial call,
with many reasoning, it was an April fool’s trick.
Donna Marie McGroarty,
Infectious Diseases Charge Nurse, stated: "We were so respected to get a
call from Their Royal Highnesses. It has been incredible stress for all of
our workers. Anyway, the help we have gotten from associates and the network has
been overpowering. The call from The Duke and Duchess was absolutely unforeseen
and a genuine spirit help."
